Both juggle multiple clients, and will say anything to get your project wrapped up sooner.

I take your trust very seriously.
If things don't feel right, here's what happens:
1. Project = 100% refund if cancelled on first delivery, after that, I work until you're happy.
2. Partnership = Cancel anytime for a pro-rated refund, includes quarterly pricing.
3. Day = No refunds, but I'll give you an extra day for free.
None of these have ever happened by the way.
